It all began with this little guy… and his endless need for snacks.

After buying out all the Cheerios, Honey Oats, and Fruit Loops our local store had to offer, I realized my son was losing touch with the tastes of zaatar and sesame seeds that I grew up loving. He was drifting away from his Syrian-Palestinian heritage, simply because it was easier to grab the usual cereals.

So, I set out on a daring mission: to blend the flavors of the Mediterranean into cereal and granola.
Clean label. Organic. Gut-friendly and Heart-healthy. We experimented with every flavor imaginable (and some unimaginable!) until this picky toddler begged for “gah-nola” every morning.

Before long, friends and family were asking for some for their children, too. And that’s how Granolaful was born.
