Our Story

It all began with a book.

When I first began writing a novel about my family's experience in Syria, I found inspiration each morning in a bowl of granola from a local cafe. But, when life led me out of Chicago and into Boston, I decided to create my own granola, infusing it with bold, Mediterranean ingredients. It became an immediate hit among friends and family, who began to ask, "Can I take some home?"
